Do you support user:pass authentication?
Yes. When you purchase a subscription, your proxy user is activated. You can find the username in the dashboard under ‘Account management' or ‘Proxy management’.
Your default proxy user password is the same as the dashboard login password.
All credentials are valid for as long as your subscription remains active and while you haven’t hit your plan’s GB limit. Limits are reset each billing month.
If you want to update your credentials you can simply edit your password under ‘Account management' or ‘Proxy management’.
We also support whitelist IP authorisation. Read more here.
