Easier account creation
You will now be greeted with a familiar sight. Our revamped sign up section will now follow traditional user experience guidelines. As per usual, you will be able to create an account using an email address. After inputting the required data, a verification code will be emailed to your inbox.
Once you input the verification code into the boxes, account creation will be finished! There’s nothing else you need to do.
If you want to login to the Metrow dashboard, simply input the email address and password you’ve registered with. If you already have an active subscription, your password will be identical with the one your proxy user has.
Better subscription management
We have implemented full subscription management features into the dashboard. From now on, you will be able to:
1. Buy your first residential / mobile proxy subscription
We have added pricing cards to the screen with all the features to the subscription screen.
2.See proxy status
At the top of the screen usage data, proxy status, and the date of your next payment will be displayed.
3.Traffic remaining
Any change will be displayed on the top of your screen. Additionally, if you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use our proxies until your next billing month.
More accessible proxy management
Finally, the most important part of our dashboard has arrived. We have implemented numerous features that will give you full control over all of the proxies you have been using.
1.Account management
Here you will find your dashboard and proxy username, billing email and be able to change dashboard password.
2.Proxy management
Outside of seeing your username, you will now be able to generate and copy a proxy list in a domain:port format. You can choose specific country or ‘any location' (when proxying we will rotate proxy location randomly).
Metrow proxies rotate automatically, but you can choose proxy rotation type (fast or slow). This will determine how fast proxies should rotate. Rotation type will be defined by port number. Each location has a separate port/port range for each rotation speed. Read more here.
Additionally, if you want to get a list that’s easy to copy and paste, you will be able to include the proxy user password. Finally, if slow rotation is chosen, you can input how many proxies you want to generate.
In case you are using mobile proxies - you will have additional option to choose mobile ASN.
Chrome extension
For those who want to manage their proxies straight from the browser we have created something special - the Metrow Chrome extension. You can now download and integrate our new browser extension that will make using our proxies even easier.
Faster answers
Finally, we know that things can get tricky at times. We have provided easy access to our documentation. Additionally, if you need further assistance, our “Support” function will let you fill out a ticket without leaving the dashboard!
